Spray WD-40 on your door and cabinet hinges to keep them opening and closing smoothly (and quietly!). Some people even try using petroleum jelly.
If you have a squeaky floor experts suggest using talcum powder by sweeping it into the cracks of the floor.
If you’re putting up new wallpaper in the house use a knife along with wallpaper paste to apply it to the wall. Rub the paste onto a sheet of paper and move it across the wallpaper on the backside of it. Press the wallpaper against the wall and then remove the paper from behind it. You can remove any leftover bubbles on the wallpaper by using a damp rag.
If you have a dirty looking tub that’s looking worn down there are a few things you can do to improve its look. Use baking soda and lemon juice to create your own paste. Use a rag to apply the paste onto the tub. Be sure to let it sit for at least 30 minutes and then rinse the tub with hot water. You should notice a cleaner look tub.
Are your extension cords thrown across the front yard? If so, try using a large bucket to store your extension cord. You can try placing the cord into the bucket so that it coils up inside of it without a problem.
